How do I manage availabilities and set up special prices?

You can manage a listing's availability and set up special prices for specific days from the calendar found on the listings page. 

To set special prices:

1. Go to the scheduler and click on a listing
2. Select the dates you wish to block
3. Set availability to available (this will bring up the special price section)
4. Select if it should be recurring
5. Fill in the special price
6. Write a reason/comment (not mandatory) 
7. Click "Save changes"

To block dates:

1. Go to the scheduler and click on a listing
2. Select the dates you wish to block
3. Set availability to unavailable 
4. Select if it should be recurring
5. Write a reason (not mandatory) 
6. Click "Save changes."

Once setup, brands will not be able to book on unavailable dates.
