The prices displayed on the listing page are defined by the landlord. After you enter your desired dates, the calculated price is the final price you need to pay upfront to book the space. This price also includes our commission.
Be aware that some landlords require additional charges like security deposits, which are to be paid directly to the landlord. The security deposit is indicated on the listing page under “House rules”, any other charges such as cleaning would also be stated here.
