How can I make changes to a booking date?

This is a Pro Feature


Once a booking has been accepted, you will have the option to make adjustments to the date. Please note, this should only be done with the written consent of the tenant. 


In order to make changes:

  1. Click on the booking you wish to make adjustments to

  2. Scroll down, and on the right-hand side of the page you will see a section called Changes/Adjustments.

  3. Click on “Change booking dates” and select the new dates for the booking. 


Please note, if you are adding extra days to the booking you will need to manually issue the tenant with an invoice for the additional days. This is the same case for shortened dates, a refund has to be issued manually.
