What are the different leasing workflows?

There are three options for receiving bookings. These can be set up from the add listing page under the section publication. 


Receive Inquiries:

This workflow means that tenants will send you booking inquiries. Once you receive an inquiry, you can review it and decide whether you would like to issue a booking invitation. 


To set this workflow up: 

  • Under the option “Should tenants pay in advance” select No



Receive bookings and accept them manually:

With this workflow, tenants can send you a booking request. Once you receive a request, you can choose to either accept or decline.


To set this workflow up: 

  • Under the option “Should tenants pay in advance” select Yes

  • Under “Approve booking requests automatically” select No



Receive bookings and accept them automatically:

In this workflow, the entire process is automated. When a tenant makes a booking, the booking is automatically accepted.


To set this workflow up: 

  • Under the option “Should tenants pay in advance” select Yes

  • Under “Approve booking requests automatically” select Yes
